You have the right, if you have registered your order and it has not been sent to you yet, to cancel it for any reason by sending an email to our email address, by sending a message via the contact form or by phone. You also have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement or refund, which is done by crediting your bank account that you indicate with IBAN number. In this case, if transfer costs arise, you will be charged. As soon as we receive the returned product and find that it is in its original condition, we will return its value to you within 5 working days or we will replace it. The refund concerns the value of the products and not the shipping or cash on delivery.

The customer must check upon receipt of the products he receives, as by signing at receipt he confirms that he has received the products of his order correctly.

Return of Non-Defective Products

It is possible to return within 14 days from the day of receipt for a change for any reason you were not satisfied with your product. If the return is not made within 14 days then our store may not accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.

The date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline. In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer and without damage.

The return costs are borne by the sender (Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal Law 2251/1994 Article 3i Par.1).

The return and replacement of a product is possible under the following conditions:

  • contact us by phone or send an e-mail to info@endisis.gr justifying the reason for the return
  • the return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order
  • the product is in its original condition

If the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender.

Return of Defective Products

In cases where, with proven fault of our store, products of defective quality were sold, products that were damaged during transport or by an error caused during the receipt of the order, the invoicing, the shipment, etc. then we take full responsibility for the replacement, return cost and resend costs.

The terms of return remain the same as above.
In cases where due to lack or cancellation of the product can not be replaced, refund will be made in accordance with the terms applicable to returns.

After 14 days from the date stated on the receipt of the product, you fully accept the quality, quantity and price of the goods received and refunds or changes with different products are not accepted.
