Orders placed until 14:00 are usually sent the same day, once payment has been confirmed and for all products their availability status is: “Available”.
Otherwise they are sent from our store the next working day after the order is confirmed.
Delivery time for orders within Greece is usually 1-3 working days.
The delivery time for orders for Cyprus is usually 5-7 working days.
In the islands and in remote areas it may take an extra day to receive the order.
In case a product is not immediately available, you will be informed in time by our store about the estimated delivery time. You will also be notified by e-mail or phone in case a product has been sold out and is no longer available. The maximum product availability confirmation time is 3 working days. Once you have been informed about the non-availability of the product, your order will be automatically canceled.
